    Carlos helped me do a sale/buyout of my ex-husband when we got a divorce. I knew NOTHING about refinancing, buyouts, etc., and Carlos very patiently explained everything to me and kept me informed every step of the way. I had so many questions and he answered all of them. And when he didn’t know the answer, he would either point me in the direction of someone who knew or he would contact that person himself and get answers for me.This happened in the middle of 2020, right when we were in the midst of COVID. Things in the housing and refinancing market were changing on a daily basis. It was stressful for all of us, but he never lost his patience and was always kind and professional.     Carlos Jaime is a one stop shop when it comes to Real Estate. He is a Realtor and Broker and, in my experience, the best out in the industry!We have worked with Carlos numerous times. We purchased our first home 15 years ago and he was by our side guiding us through out the process each step of the way. We eventually outgrew that home. Not only did Carlos strike a deal in our next house having the sellers accept our offer with a contingency to sell our first home but he sold that house within 2 days of being in the market allowing us to meet the contingency ahead of time.     Finding a home in California isn’t easy but it helps if you have an experienced and hardworking agent on your side. My wife and I spent more than 6 years trying to purchase our first home and after losing several bids we decided to change things up and try a new agent. With Carlos’ help, we were able to find and purchase a 4-bedroom single family residence in an amazing neighborhood right near our friends and family.
